As President and Financial Advisor at BDA Financial, Kelsey brings a unique blend of warmth, precision, and forward-thinking leadership to the firm. She oversees client relationships, financial planning, marketing, and day-to-day operations—all while helping clients feel supported and confident in their financial path.

Kelsey has been in the financial services industry for over 8 years, following a previous career as an elementary and middle school teacher. Inspired by the impact she saw her father, Bob, make in clients' lives, she transitioned into financial planning and quickly discovered a passion for helping individuals and families achieve their goals. She now combines her natural teaching ability with financial expertise to guide clients with clarity and care.

She holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) designation and works closely with clients on their financial plans—whether evaluating retirement options, analyzing settlement proposals, or helping them make sense of the numbers. Known for her sharp attention to detail and proactive approach, Kelsey ensures every client experience is seamless and personalized.

Outside the office, Kelsey enjoys spending time in Northern Virginia with her husband and two young children. As a family, they love traveling to Disney and exploring local adventures together—creating memories wherever they go.
